The retainer you pay to book your session is non-refundable and all payments beyond that are transferrable to another session in the chance of cancellation. Weather and sickness reschedules are discussed in the week leading up to your session with the final determination being made the night before or the morning of. 

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Absolutely! I'm a firm believer that the magic happens in the details and being very intentional about your outfit selection can be that extra magic that makes you cry happy tears when your gallery is delivered. I'm happy to provide expert input, extra links, or piece together your prospective outfits into a cohesive collage so you can see what works and what could be improved. 

Do you help with outfits?

All packages come with a digital gallery with printing rights and my recommendations of how to download and where to print. I do offer album services to families who would like to print their heirlooms!

Do you offer digital galleries or prints?

Yes! There is a nonrefundable retainer of approximately 1/3 of your session total due at the time of booking to secure your date. The remainder is due 1 week before your session date.

Is there a retainer fee to book?

While it isn't something I regularly offer, occasionally I will consider something outside my advertised work if I believe I can be the perfect fit for your vision. It never hurts to ask!

Do you shoot seniors, weddings, or destination family/lifestyle shoots?

The beautiful light and scenery you see is my photos is no accident! I carefully scout quiet, private, breathtaking locations close to Salem to ensure your session has the prettiest possible outcome. Just a few days before your session, I'll make a determination based on lighting and foliage which location will be best.

Where do outdoor sessions take place?

Full gallery delivery within 3 weeks of my session date is my promise to my clients. Often you'll see a sneak peek on social media within a few days of your session as well. 

How long does it take for our gallery to be delivered?

To secure your date and ensure I can provide you with a date within the season you're wanting, I recommend booking as early as possible. Some families reach out in the winter to secure a fall date for the coming year, so make sure you reach out early if you're set on a certain season.
